i am tired :((((((
mentally tired
physically pained (stupid time of the month)
work had been very demanding lately
and very political also :((((

everytime i start having some stuffs done
more stuff will come
its never ending
and i know it wouldnt end soon :((((
theres many backlogs
backlogs that haven reach me yet :((( but soon they all will...

one computer
two hands
two eyes
ten fingers
no matter how hard i keep pushing myself
i see no improvement

my in-tray...looks empty??? o.O
NO...cause whatever that they are putting in breaking my in-tray
so i started taking the stuffs out and put them on the table instead =.=

and all these papers are not the only stuffs i have to do

theres many changes in office also
change of management
old colleagues going, new one coming in
more and more responsibilities
want to be "dust" (not to be involved in politics) also cannot
now do things really must cover ownself
if not one day die also dont know what happen :(((

studying is highly fattening can =.=

what i had since waking up and started studying:
- half a toberone
- a bag of calbee chips (i still cant believe i finished the whole pack =.=)
- 1 of some nicey peanut crunchy bar that mum bought
- 3 salmon sushi-es
- 1 square piece of cheese

o.O
and note that all the snacks are rather highly fattening >.<
feeling super guilty now >.<
have to console myself that thats my breakfast and lunch so its still ok :p
but i should really do something about snacking..

maybe should start exercising soon (lolx..experience tells me it wouldnt be soon ;p)

and best place to get is queensway
den very not on the way
and nobody accompany me go :p

or the next best method is to cut down my intake
