i was late so the batter was already ready when i reached went straight into tart making :p Note: most of our pineapple tarts are works of art..LOLS..cause we refused to follow the convention.

it was loads of fun especially when Shuhui decided to make pineapple cookies and we had a fusion plus 3 layers high of batter and pineapple hahahahs we all had a good laugh over the failed creations and of course cooed over the nice ones :D
after slapping some egg yolks on the tarts, for the tan that the tarts should have once baked, we send the lot of them, by batches into this 27-year-old oven it looks like a steamer but it works! :)
in the meanwhile, we decided to make pork floss rolls as we waited for our tarts to be ready :D such simple ingredients & steps! i think i can make some next year at home too :)
when we were finished with the pork floss our tarts were cooled and ready for collection too! :) there was a frenzy of taking those that were ours and distributing the general rest we also ate some straightaway as they were delicious! kekex
didnt manage to fry the pork floss there would be more to be done and it would all be fry at one go washed up and took a rest as it was raining at that time left after a while Muriel had plans while the rest of us went JP for dinner :)
separate ways after dinner i got to wait for baby and Xinming at JP so i went window shopping :) saw a purse at Charles & Keith which i like :) finally when the guys reached, they chose to have dinner at Carl's Junior they had went CNY shopping earlier :) i realised that i dont need to go CNY shopping cause i had bought so many clothes over the past months that quite a lot were still NEW new like BNIB :x
