| JJ Orientation 2010 - JJ Night |

was busy the whole day at the Career Fair's Career Talks
we had some interesting ones today :D
lunch was good; thats one of my major motivation for the first half of the day :p
finally 5pm came and the Career Fair officially ended!! :D
wooo~~ i must say that all of us must had felt so relieved!!!
packed up and we spent quite some time taking group photos; corporate ones.
in the end, i only left at 630pm and had to rush down to JJ
as i was supposed to meet Sk at around that same time :p
met Sk at the bus stop at 7-ish
and we went to the Pasar Malam, which was near there first, to make our name necklaces :D
with recommendations from Muriel and Shuhui :D
it took some time and we waited for Shuyun in the meanwhile.
when Shuyun came, she also order a necklace for herself and thus longer wait for us :p
hahahas
its worth the wait though cause we got the necklaces at $5 off each and i am loving it! ^^
Xiang walked over to meet us as we were walking back to JJ
made our way up to the hall where everything was happening :D
wooo~~~!!!
got reminded of my own orientation and how i missed those days!!!
the hall was jam packed
and its was damn hot
moreover there was a sour smell, from everyone's perspiration, in the air x.X
hahahahs
took us a while to get use to and we had to find a corner to stand when they started doing the mass dances :p
our santuary was somewhere near the fans of course
and while the rest dances, me, muriel and weixiang decided to remain somewhere high to capture the scenes below; stand on top of benches :p
there was quite a bulk of seniors who came back
my batch, batches before us, and batches after :)

most of the dances were my favourites back in school
was amazed that somehow our bodies still remember some of the steps when the brain thought that they had been completely forgotten
i guess its because we had dance so much through our 2 years in JJ :)
my numerous dance partners' faces flashes through my mind as i watch the juniors dance
the memories, sweet, sour, bitter, all flooded back :)
i miss council life! hahahs
song singing was after mass dance
we all knew whats gonna happen
hahahahas
its always the same *winkx* :p
but it still warms my heart when we all stood together and sing along with every song
the songs that we grew with in our JJ life :)
and the night ended gradually with an end off by Mr Leow, then our council teacher, now VP of JJ
as the students cleared off the hall for their next activity
Muriel couldnt help stopping the juniors for a while to take photos with the balloon bridges :D
and with me! ^^
the seniors then gathered around as Mr Ng wanted to talk to us
some updates about the changes in JJ
we had a new principal
not new to me as she was my principal in Swiss Cottage too
i can just say she is those no-nonsense kind of principal
yupx
hopefully she will help pull up JJ's academic standards again :)
anyways, we did cheers after the briefing!

so long nv do cheers le!
we shouted, screamed, clapped, stomped..LOLS..just like those days~~
took more photos after; not with my camera but i guess its all up in facebook already

then we left the school once more
not sure when we will be back again
maybe next year's orientation?
lols
walked over to Boon Lay Market with a few of the 25th for supper :p
its to make up for the missed-dinner
and the nasi lemak is a must have can!!! :p
