baby dated me during one of the weekdays

been sometimes since only the 2 of us went out :p
woke up late :x
was a good weather to sleep in and baby only slept at 5am? =.=
only went out at around 3pm :p
preparing to go out :p

Pretty Vs Practicality
though i found the price reasonable
have to tell myself that nobody walks around the campus in 4inches much less 5inches :x

Ion is amazing man

we popped by most of the shops
Zara, Mango, Pull and Bear, Uniqlo, Topshop, Fred Perry etc.
Leather Jacket at Fred Perry a whopping $1229 o.O
Fossil got cute coin pouches
Uniqlo is nearly overrated

 but temptation was defeated by the price :x
heels is still so much loves
i was trying heels everywhere and anywhere
the delight and the joy of wearing the 5inches
savouring the new height they give me

practicality is the key
and those heels offer not
2 hours of window shopping left baby listless and restless
hahahas
i just can feel the vibes from him :p
its dinner time already anyways
so i halt Ion at level 2?
and we walked over to Orchard Central
baby want to bring me to try a Japanese Restaurant that had fab reviews there :)
took the uber long external escalators :)
fun fun fun ^^
and the long long mirrors in the toilets
i want them in my room too :p
 
 
went to find the Japanese restaurant
and the queue was super long :x
its nearly the only restaurant on the same level sporting a queue lo
 Ootoya :)
 our queue number...why got thai words?
the wait was quite agonising
got to fight hard with our hunger pangs
our thoughts did wander, wanted to give up & surrender to our resisting tummies
looked at the menus from various other restaurants around
tempting food
but i told baby that since we had come all the way here for this
we should just wait it out :)

finally finally
after about an hour of wait
we got our seats :D

cause got this pounder things with white sesame
we figure that he is suppose to grind and pound the sesame and put over the rice
 
all the sauces were not added onto the sides
but were given individually
so got to DIY :p
 
 the pumpkin is uber nice! very sweet :D
 and this innocent looking mustard is actually wasabi!
hahahas..super strong one too :p
baby's face literally turned red when he first tasted it
hahahahas
 baby's first bowl of rice...
other than the normal chilli powder
there is this sesame and salt mixture that tasted good when mixed with the rice :)
and baby's second bowl of rice o.O
 
baby's third bowl of rice =.=
 when i was already done with mine
baby can really eat lo :p
hahahahas
and he always like japanese rice
moreover, the restaurant offer free refill of rice too :D
good for him and not painful to our pockets :p
while waiting for him to finish
i filled up the feedback form
was kinda stuck at question 3
i asked baby: "you is under family or friend?"
LOLS
 in the end i put "Others" hahahas
wanted to try their desserts
so after baby is done with his main course
we order the desserts
baby's on the left and mine on the right :)
 
there isnt a lot of variety of desserts to choose though
waiting for desserts :p

 egg pudding :p

finally mine came too :D
looks good too ^^
 
the sauce on baby's egg pudding tasted slightly bitter :x
if not its was not bad
i love mine! :)

the green tea ice cream is super nice! ^^
on the whole
i feel that the food is really as good as the reviews
the price is reasonable and worth it! ^^
one thing short, if i really must mention, is they never provide you with spoons
however, you can ask for it :)
service is ok, as i feel that they were a bit under-staffed
but the service attitude is friendly and nice! :)
would we go back again?
DEFINITELY!! ^^
went off at around 9pm
manage to walk abit at Orchard Central
stumbled upon an uber cute but super expensive shop
the apparels are no less than $70
and a mini hat clip can already cost you $79.90 :x
bought a pair of pretty satin jeans :)
and finally got my cosmetics from Guardian at 20% discount
wanted to buy so much more cosmetics :x
its very hard to decide when you are face with so many choices
hahahas
 my buys :p
reluctantly left for home nearing 11pm
as most of the shops were closed/closing already
its was a great day out :)
just that time seems too short, as always
