with age, we gain knowledge we learnt that fats are evil and we should embrace wholemeal items we fear obesity, diseases we started reading labels whenever we picked up any items off the shelves do this happen to you too? sigh... gone were the days when we just eat anything and everything :/ its not about what we like/crave anymore but more of, does this contain less fats than this? it is a habit that i had acquired and its very hard to get rid off hahahas good habit or bad habit? |
