Attended the afternoon session of the Freshmen Inauguration Ceremony 2009 on behalf of career centre, there was me, matthew, jinhui, wendy & gurvinder.
its at UCC Hall and my name sticker is made of cloth :p nice :)
the ceremony had already started when we reached a video was playing introducing NUS on the whole then we had some performances (pictures by Matthew)
after some performances the senior management and senior NUSSU members enter the hall speeches by NUSSU president and NUS president followed our dean was the only one in green robe and i tink he is the best we can have :)
after the speeches and pledge-taking by the student we had a few more performances Acapella (no pic of this) & Accoustic and i found my eyecandy!! hahahahs law student somemore :p
i think that was the last performance and the whole ceremony ends off with the release of balloons from the ceiling to signify the start of the students' NUS journey :)

went for refreshments outside the hall met some friends who are freshmen and seniors :) hahahahs i feel so out of place somehow the age of a student but the status of a staff :x
we all (except matthew) left for home at 5.30pm :p hahahas the earliest dismissal ever :p Gurvinder drove me to clementi mrt station :) i reached home at 6pm lo!! hahahahs damn early :p
endnote: i truly felt inspired by the speeches made by NUS President and NUSSU President got the urge to retake my A's and enrol into NUS :x even matthew said he wanted to tell me this cause i am still young ma but there is a few considerations before i can decide on this haix why cant things be more straightforward?
