its Mingjie's birthday and instead of a party he is giving us (invited guests only) a treat at a Turkish restaurant in Arab Street :)
was supposed to meet at 630pm at Bugis wasnt surprised when more than half of them were late, even the birthday boy himself hahahahs jasmine, suelin, juanhui and i were punctual so the few of us gathered and wait for the rest to turn up :) only left Bugis mrt station at around 730pm =.= and only slightly more than half of the invited had arrived LOLS walked over to Arab Street looking fervently for No. 48 :p we were tapping on Mingjie's memory as he had only been to that restaurant once hahahs
finally found the restaurant, Sufi :)
the tables that were reserved for us is equivalent to the length of the restaurant its quite a small but cozy place :) with nice decors too!! ^^
the 12 of us decide to order first most of the names of the dishes were unfamiliar so i ordered the safest dish :p Salmon Steak :)

Most of us ordered different things so there was a lot of sharing and trying out different foods :D

the salmon steak is ohmygodly delicious!! :D the meat is soft, thick and juicy even though its chargrilled while the skin is crispy :) the home-made sauce is nice too!!
jasmine and suelin wanted to try the rice pudding so we ordered to share :) rice pudding ^^
the rice pudding is very sweet :) but there were bits of rice in it thus some people feel that its weird like eating sweet rice lols
i remember someone ordered the turkish yogurt drink to try and it taste saltish instead of sweet :x like so weird but we have people who appreciate the taste :p hahahas
birthday boy ^^
either the guys could really eat or they wanted to make worth of Mingjie's treat hhahas they order some roti dish to share after finishing their main courses it was quite big and swollen lols got to deflat it before eating :p
we were real full and the girls got a bit bored jasmine took out her stickers and we went on a sticking-stickers-to-handphones frenzy LOLS
we started with teck ming's phone his cute pink LG ice cream we requested him to pose for pic :p
then jasmine and suelin went on to request the phones of the rest of the guys hahahas it was quite funny especially when valmond chose a tinkerbell sticker to be on his samsung phone the sticker is not small lo o.O lols

finally everyone had their fill and we gave Mingjie's his present it wasnt a surprise he knew what we were getting him (i think he told the guys thats what he want) his very expensive Hugo Boss watch the guys said that if it wasnt on 50% off they wouldnt have bought it hahahs original price was $700++ lo o.O

his JC friend baked him a cake which became his birthday cake its blueberry cheesecake if i am not wrong :)
first attempt to sing a birthday song was a lousy one hahahas the tempo was damn slow and the song sounded sad LOLS
second attempt proved to be better :) the cake was cut as a gesture then past around with a fork to eat from the container
Edward's 21st-birthday-deprivation symptoms starts again he was hogging the cake saying that he should eat more since he didnt even ate his own cake =.= hahahahs we got to forgive him for being too deprived :p

we had a group pic but using teck ming's camera and went off after more picture takings outside the restaurant :)

took a long walk back to Bugis Junction stopping a few times for dunno what along the way hahahas we were just walking and chatting and chatting and stopping to chat then walking again
the guys plan to lan while some of us chose to go home trained back to jurong with kenny and shurong stayovered at baby's :D
