went to calculate BMI
apparently if i weigh 48kg (which i always thought is the best weight)
i am at risk of getting nutritional deficiency diseases and osteoporosis
but if i am going to weigh 50kg (which was the maximum i thought i could ever go)
i have a low risk of getting heart disease and diabetes
though still underweight and is near the minimum of the healthy BMI range
but 50KG??!!
sounds so heavy can :X
hmmmx
49kg aso cannot..
i went to try all the possibilities
49.7kg is the actual minimum
hahahahahs
