studying is highly fattening can =.=

what i had since waking up and started studying:
- half a toberone
- a bag of calbee chips (i still cant believe i finished the whole pack =.=)
- 1 of some nicey peanut crunchy bar that mum bought
- 3 salmon sushi-es
- 1 square piece of cheese

o.O
and note that all the snacks are rather highly fattening >.<
feeling super guilty now >.<
have to console myself that thats my breakfast and lunch so its still ok :p
but i should really do something about snacking..

maybe should start exercising soon (lolx..experience tells me it wouldnt be soon ;p)

and best place to get is queensway
den very not on the way
and nobody accompany me go :p

or the next best method is to cut down my intake
which i think would be a better solution :)

i just couldnt stop snacking lehx

before lunch will start feeling hungry
den will go to our mini pantry to find things munch
den lunch
den after lunch maybe around 3pm, mouth will itch again =.=

next week i will try to bring fruits to work to munch :)

and now after the break, its now back to the books...
